By accessing or using NGU Edge ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
NGU Edge is a trading journal and performance tracking platform designed to help traders improve their discipline and track their trading activities. The Service includes features such as trade logging, performance analytics, AI-powered insights, and gamification elements.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.
NGU Edge offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable fees.
Plan limits: The free tier includes the full journal, the P&L calendar, one tracked trading account and a small monthly AI credit allowance; some analytics sections require a paid plan. Paid tiers unlock all sections, additional accounts and larger credit allowances. Voice AI access requires a paid subscription. Current limits per plan are shown on the plans page before any purchase.
Credit Packs: AI credits can be purchased separately and do not expire. Credits are consumed when using AI-powered features, including AI chat, AI voice calls, and screenshot review.
Billing receipts: For successful paid subscriptions and paid credit packs, a payment confirmation email may include a Stripe-hosted invoice/receipt link when available.
Purchases are generally final: we do not refund unused subscription time, unused AI credits, dissatisfaction with the Service, or change of mind.
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal that these Terms do not limit. At checkout you expressly request immediate performance: for subscriptions, withdrawing within 14 days means you pay proportionately for the period already provided; for AI credit packs (digital content), the right of withdrawal expires once the credits are delivered, as you acknowledge at checkout. We recommend using our free tier to evaluate the Service before making any purchase.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds will be issued for the remaining time in your billing cycle.

NGU Edge is a journaling and tracking tool only. We do not provide financial advice, trading recommendations, or investment guidance. All trading decisions are made solely by you. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Trading involves substantial risk of loss.
We are liable without limitation for intent (Vorsatz) and gross negligence (grobe Fahrlässigkeit), and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for breaches of essential contractual obligations (Kardinalpflichten), limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. Beyond that, liability — including for trading losses, lost profits or data loss — is excluded. Liability under mandatory law (e.g. the German Product Liability Act) remains unaffected.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you habitually reside.
The contract language is English. The Service, all contractual documents and all communications are provided in English (Vertragssprache ist Englisch).
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
